| Details re Meals | Breakfast - generally fruit and choice of cereal or porridge with toast and tea and coffee. The lunch meal is soup and light meal with fresh fruit and bread and butter, cheese and spreads. Dinner is served at night. This is our main meal and is served with wine or juice. Morning tea and afternoon tea are home baking - slices, cakes, scones etc. Supper is a cuppa and a plain biscuit. | |
| Staffing Details | Each care centre has a Care Manager who is a Registered or Enrolled Nurse. Bramlee House (Rest Home) also has a Clinical Co-ordinator who is a Registered Nurse - the rest of the staff are Enrolled Nurses and Care givers. In Goddard House and Ashcroft House (Dementia) there are Care Managers as well as Enrolled Nurses and Care givers. In Reeve House and Nimon House(Hospitals) there is the Care Manager, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care givers. On night duty over the complex we have a Registered Nurse night co-ordinator to cover the village. | |
