Heretaunga Rest Home and Village is modern and was purpose built to be an aged care facility.
It has 20 dementia care beds for Seniors. In the building, the disabled facilites have wide, well lit passageways and level access. Single bedrooms are spacious, and all rooms have a private ensuite. It is well-regarded locally and is close to the Silverstream shops. Heretaunga is part of the Oceania Group, a member of the New Zealand Aged Care Association.
