U3A is a world -wide organisation which began in the 70's and reached Hawkes Bay in 1992.
We meet mainly in private homes to study a wide variety of subjects. Some recreational and interest groups which provide social contact are also available. We welcome your enquiry. |

| U3A is a world -wide organisation which began in the 70's and reached Hawkes Bay in 1992. In Hastings, U3A sets up groups which meet mainly in private homes to study a wide variety of subjects. Some recreational and interest groups which provide social contact are also available.
The annual subscription is $10 and this allows members to join as many groups as they wish. The only other cost might be for refreshments and photocopied material in some groups. A Coffee Morning is held several times a year for members of all groups to get to know each other and enjoy a talk by an invited speaker. |
