| We run support group meetings on a monthly basis on the 3rd Monday of the month from10.15am to 12.00. (Call Liz on 06 8444645 for details)
Guest speakers will talk on subjects relevant to your health and well being. Morning tea can be accessed at any time throughout meeting and you are welcome to come and go from meeting as you please and take breaks for the benefit of your comfort levels. At meetings we will provide you with the latest medical information on ME. Information sheets on medications, natural therapies, sleep and other health issues relevant to your illness are available on request. Most importantly you will be able to share your thoughts with other members who understand what you are going through. |
