Description
The Habitat For Humanity ReStore 2nd Hand goods shop has been open for over a year now and is gradually making its presence known in the local community.
The purpose of the ReStore is to help raise awareness and funds for the Hawke’s Bay Habitat for Humanity building programme.
The shop has now moved to 406 Eastbourne St West, Hastings, (down the road from Pak ‘n’ Save) open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm.
There has been great support so far with donations of goods and volunteers to help in the day to day running of the shop. If anyone has an hour or two to spare, or has goods to donate and would like to assist the organisation can contact the Manager.
Volunteers are an integral part of Habitat for Humanity Restores’ ‘success’, why not consider volunteering and help fund building in your local community.
