This is a support service for unpaid family carers who provide care for a adult or child in their family with a serious illness, learning disorder or disability.

| We are committed to supporting unpaid family carers with free information, group and individual support.
Our support group offers carers a safe place to share their experiences with other carers, learn new coping strategies and skills, gain more understanding and confidence about the importance of their own health and wellbeing. |

| Our Taradale carer group is meeting at the All Saints Church at 23 Puketapu Rd. in Taradale on every 3rd Friday of each month (not Jan) from 10 am - noon.
Our Hastings carer group is meeting at the Headway House, 605 Willowpark Road South on the first Friday of each month(not Jan) from 1.30 - 3 pm. |
