| The office is open Monday - Friday 9- 3pm for enquiries. Come in and ring the bell for attention if no one in the room.
The Communirty Worker is available for consultations at the Centre on a Tuesday morning 9.30 - 11.30am. Home Visits can also be arranged. Other Community Services may include, arranging a regular, companion visitor (AVS Accreditied Visiting Service) Total Mobility Assessment for Taxi discount vouchers. Advocacy with family members or professionals.Transport to important appointments or venues.Monthly outing and community lunch at nominal rate. Sit n Be Fit Classes run by a qualified instructor from Sports HB. Frozen meals service (delivery can be arranged on Tuesday morning $3 extra). Every friday morning we hold a morning tea group ($2 donation). ALL WELCOME. transport can be arranged. If you need help please pop in!! A problem shared is a problem halved! |
