| We are the nearest Rest Home to the Town. It is a short, flat walk to attend appointments and for shopping or an ice-cream. A family home away from home. Home cooked meals. Residents are not just a number, every endeavour is made by the staff to make individuals a member of a happy family. We are well staffed so that our caregivers can spend time and chat with the residents. The Nurse Manager is available to take the residents to appointments outside the Home if family are not available.
The plan is to add more ensuites in the new future. Over the last few years we have extended our home from 18 beds to 24. There are now four ensuited, two double and twelve single rooms. All rooms have hand basins. We like to create a happy home full of fun, laughter, music and hands on care. Residents families are always welcome. |
