Fitzroy Villas - 5 Beach Street, Fitzroy, New Plymouth, this is close to the sea and has an on site Manager

Interests And Activities
All residents at all three sites have access to the resthome activity programme. Our in-house library includes big print books. Activities include and are not limited to: Bingo, Board Games, Indoor Bowls, Art, BBQ, Canine Friends, Cards, Craft, Church, regular Concerts, Cooking, Dancing, Entertainers, Exercise programme, Golden Oldies, Happy Hour, Jigsaws, Lecturers, Massage, DVD Movies, Newspaper reading, Outings, Pastoral care, Quizzes, Shopping, Sing-a-longs and Discussions. At the Fitzroy site there are weekly get togethers on a Wednesday afternoon with games and activities arranged, a mid winter Christmas dinner is held. Christmas function's are held for residents of all three sites. Monthly or 6 weekly meetings are held for residents of all three sites with management. Once a year a 'Big Day Out' is held where an outing for all three sites is arranged (participants pay).
