Description
Stay safe with our special monitored products

We provide an advanced range of personal medical alarms and accessories, all designed to take away the worry for you and your family and give you the confidence to get on with life the way you choose.

Personal Medical Alarm
Your Bupa personal medical alarm comes with a pendant that you can choose to wear around your neck or on a wrist strap. The pendant is water-resistant so there’s no need to take it off when you shower.

The alarm unit connects to your telephone line and contains a powerful loudspeaker and sensitive microphone, so we can be in two-way voice communication with you from wherever you are in the house or garden.

Fall Detector
The specialised fall detector can identify if you fall; it then automatically sends our dedicated monitoring centre a signal and help will be on its way.

Wireless Smoke Detector
Our Wireless Smoke Detector is monitored so as soon as it senses smoke, it lets our monitoring centre know, allowing immediate and appropriate action.

PIR
The PIR provides added security in the home. It detects movement in the home if the away button is pressed on the unit. It will also alert our monitoring centre if no movement has been detected during a pre-set time.

Pull Cord
A single pull of the cord transmits an alarm signal to our monitoring centre and help will be at hand.
